We appreciate DIRECT RESERVATIONS whenever possible 🙂
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required to secure your reservation when booking in advance of 7 days. Balances can then be paid on departure with cash, Mastercard, Visa Credit Card or Debit Card.
Full payment in advance will be charged on reservations booking within 6 days of arrival.
Cancellations & Non Arrival
A full 7 day’s notice from arrival date is required for a refund should you need to cancel your reservation. Please note refunds are subject to our administration fee of £10 which is deducted at source of refund.
If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of your arrival date then the deposit will not be refunded unless the room is resold.
In the event of non arrival where no communication has been received from the guest of their wish to cancel, the balance payment will be charged to the given card given at time of reservation.
We recommend you have travel insurance to compensate you in the event of you having to cancel your stay at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival is between 4.00pm and 7.00pm – if you think you may be later or have been delayed please do let us know so we can ensure we are available for your arrival.
Check out time is 10.30am on the day of your departure, please ensure you leave your room key with us.
There is ample free parking on our driveway close to ‘Guest Entrance’
We currently operate a two night minimum stay policy throughout the year.
No Children/Young People Under 18
Our bed and breakfast is especially for ‘Grown Ups’ so we are unable to accommodate children or young people under 18, sorry.
We are non smoking in both the house and the grounds and please note this includes Electronic/Vapour Cigarettes also.
Should any guest contravene this policy they will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Costs for cleaning and losses may also be incurred and charged to the guest.
No Hot Takeaway Food
In consideration of all guests we would ask that hot take away food is not brought in to eat on the premises – thank you.
Although we have our friendly, resident pet dog Dixie, a quiet Border Terrier who loves people, she is not allowed into the guest area.
We are unable to accommodate other doggies, sorry.
